Building supplies for Ammanford

Builders Hardware Direct is a trade counter in Gorslas, a few minutes down the A474 from Ammanford, roughly ten to twelve minutes from the town centre. We are the local trade counter for Ammanford, Betws, Tycroes, Saron, Glanamman and Garnant, right on the edge of the Amman valley.

The valley trade is heavy on renovation and repair as well as new work, so we carry the fixings, sealants and damp proofing that older and mixed housing stock needs: masonry and frame fixings, tanking and membranes, plaster beads and scrim, and the adhesives and foams that get used every day. Builders, roofers, plasterers and window fitters buy by the box, tub and pack at trade prices, the same at the counter as online.

Ammanford is close enough that same day Click and Collect from the Gorslas counter usually beats waiting on a delivery: order online and pick it up the same day, or call ahead and we will have it ready. If you would sooner have it sent to the job, the postable range ships next working day across the UK.

A handful of lines are collection only, the liquids and heavy rolls we cannot post, like SBR, PVA and damp proof membrane. Those are the counter deals below. Buy the deliverable range online, or ring the counter and collect the rest the same day.
