Bond It internal plasterers' pregrit, 10L – yellow. A ready-to-use bonding primer that gives smooth internal surfaces a key for plaster to grip.
Smooth, low-suction surfaces – concrete, painted walls, dense block – don't give fresh plaster anything to hold onto, and a coat that won't grip cracks or lets go later. Pregrit fixes that: a one-coat bonding agent with sand/aggregate mixed in, so once it's on you've got a gritty key for the plaster to bite. Ready to use, no mixing, and pigmented yellow so you can see exactly what's been treated.

Roll or brush one even coat over the whole area and let it cure before plastering. Don't leave bare patches – the yellow pigment is there so you can check coverage. For external render, use the external (green) pregrit instead.
