Faithfull all-steel shovel. A one-piece steel shovel built to take the punishment of concrete, spoil and hardcore.
All-steel means no wooden shaft to snap under load – the solid forged, correctly tempered blade runs into a tubular steel shaft welded to the socket for a strong, smooth joint. Made from manganese steel for strength and epoxy-coated to resist rust. The taper-mouth blade digs and lifts well, and the MYD hilt has a wooden cross-dowel so it's comfortable in the hand.

The all-steel build is for heavy graft – mixing, digging, moving hardcore – where a wooden-shafted shovel gives out. Knock the muck off and keep it dry to protect the coating. A taper mouth suits digging and trenching; a square mouth is better for clearing flat.
