Garde over-fascia vent, 1m x 10mm. A continuous eaves vent that sits on top of the fascia to keep air moving into the roof space.
Fitted over the top of the fascia board, before the felt and first tiles, it holds a clear 10mm airflow path between the fascia and the underlay so the roof space breathes. That airflow is what stops condensation building up and rotting the roof timbers. Smooth leading edge so the felt lays over it cleanly. For new builds and re-roofs alike.
