Product description

West masonry nails, 2.5 x 30mm – pack of 100. Hardened cut nails that drive straight into brick, block and concrete – no plug, no drilling.

The shortest nail in the range – for light, thin fixings. Hardened steel lets it punch into masonry or a bedded mortar joint without bending over, and the countersunk head sits flush. The fast way to fix timber to masonry when a plug-and-screw is more than the job needs.

  • Size: 2.5 x 30mm
  • Head: countersunk
  • Material: hardened steel
  • Pack: 100
  • Ideal for: beading, thin battens, and picture or dado rails

Pick a length that clears the timber and still bites well into solid masonry behind it. Aim for solid brick or a bedded mortar joint – not perp joints or the thin face of a hollow block, which can blow out. Wear eye protection: hardened nails can shatter or ping if they hit hard aggregate or go in skew. For heavy or structural loads, a screw and plug or a frame fixing still wins.
