Product description
West masonry nails, 3.0 x 60mm – pack of 100. Hardened cut nails that drive straight into brick, block and concrete – no plug, no drilling.
A mid-length nail with a bit more reach. Hardened steel lets it punch into masonry or a bedded mortar joint without bending over, and the countersunk head sits flush. The fast way to fix timber to masonry when a plug-and-screw is more than the job needs.
- Size: 3.0 x 60mm
- Head: countersunk
- Material: hardened steel
- Pack: 100
- Ideal for: standard timber-to-masonry work and counter battens
Pick a length that clears the timber and still bites well into solid masonry behind it. Aim for solid brick or a bedded mortar joint – not perp joints or the thin face of a hollow block, which can blow out. Wear eye protection: hardened nails can shatter or ping if they hit hard aggregate or go in skew. For heavy or structural loads, a screw and plug or a frame fixing still wins.
