Broadfix flat packers, 1mm (green), box of 1,000. The colour-coded plastic packers trades use to level and pack out frames before fixing. Green is the 1mm shim in the Broadfix range – the thin one for fine adjustment and closing a small gap.
Windows, doors and frames rarely sit true in the opening on their own. You pack them level and plumb first, then fix – otherwise you're fixing in a twist. Flat packers do that job: they sit under and behind the frame, take the load, and hold the reveal square while you screw off.

Build up to an exact reveal by stacking – a 1mm green on top of a thicker packer gets you spot on. Solid plastic, so they won't compress or rot like offcuts of ply or timber. Keep a box of each thickness on the van and you've every gap covered.
