Protektor galvanised thin-coat angle bead, 3mm – pack of 50. A corner bead that reinforces and protects external corners in thin-coat plaster.

An angle bead forms a straight, hard-wearing corner and stops the plasterboard arris and skim getting knocked and chipped – the weak spot on any internal corner. This is the thin-coat (3mm) profile in lightweight galvanised steel, for skim and thin-coat plaster rather than thick render. In 2.4m and 3m lengths, 50 to a pack.

Set it plumb and true and bed it in – the bead is the line the corner follows, so any bow shows. Galvanised suits internal thin-coat work; for external or damp corners use PVC or stainless. Pair with matching thin-coat stop beads.
