Galvanised steel fixing lugs for uPVC window and door frames, 202mm long by 20mm wide. The lug hooks into the groove on the back of the frame and screws to the reveal, so the frame is held from behind and the front face stays clean. No screw caps and no filling.
For a full house of windows, or a fitter keeping a working stock in the van.

What it fits
Veka and Rehau 70mm profiles, which covers most uPVC systems fitted in the UK. If you are working with an older or specialist profile, offer one lug up before you order a full pack.
How many you need
Fix within 150mm of every corner, then no more than 600mm apart down each jamb, and within 150mm of any mullion or transom. A typical domestic window takes 8 to 10 lugs. Five to six windows, so a pack of 50 covers a normal house replacement in one order.

Galvanised steel bends by hand, so you shape the lug to bridge the reveal rather than buying a longer one. Fixes to brick, block or timber.
